Problems logging in?

When we launched the new AltHealth website we transferred all customer accounts from the old website so your email address and password should still work as they always have. If you used to login with a username instead of your email address, you can still enter that in the 'Email address' field. If you are still having problems, request a new password.

Account area

Currently, the login simply prefills your personal information on the checkout page.

We are working hard to finish the account pages so you can manage your details and orders and there will be a few new clever features like recurring re-orders that will allow you to set an order to recur monthly, for example. This work is scheduled to be completed very shortly.
