Before returning any goods, it is necessary to obtain a Returns Number (RN) which you can get by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Quote your order number or transaction number with date of placing order when requesting a Returns Number.
Returned goods must be unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We recommend using a "signed for" post or delivery service.
Once we receive the goods, we will credit the card which was used to purchase the items. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds. The value of goods will be refunded, postage and packaging is non-refundable.
Wrong size or product?
If you have bought an item such as a support which is the wrong size or wrong type of product, obtain a Returns Number and send the item unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition within 7 days.
If the item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us to obtain a returns number and send it back to us. All products on this website are sourced from established suppliers who conform to international standards of safety and conformity. Certain products will need to be returned to the manufacturers before a refund can be issued.
Goods damaged through negligence are non-refundable.
If you return something to us that you do not like or which is the wrong size, you will need to pay the return postage costs. We will reimburse the cost of goods minus the delivery charge.
If you are returning something which is faulty, we will refund the carriage up to £25, If your return exceeds this price, please email email@example.com and we may arrange a collection.
