Potters Cough Remover ingredients

Active Ingredients:
Each 5ml contains: Black Cohosh 5 ng; Ipecacuanah BP 6.5 mg; lobelia BP 12 mg; Pleurisy Root 12 mg; Scullcap 12.5mg; Liquid Extract Elecampane (1:1 21% alcohol) 0.1ml; Liquid Extract Hyssop (1:1 21% alcohol) 0.075ml. Also contains Capsicum Skunk Cabbage, Valerian, Anise Oil, Tincture Myrrh, Solid Extract Liqourice, Treacle Syrup, Rectified Spirit, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate, Propyl Hydroxybenzoate, Chloroform, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Water. The active ingredients are expectorant. Black Cohosh and Scullcap break spasms. All the other ingredients cut phlegm and assist coughing it up.

Cough Remover does not contain:

How to use Potters Cough Remover

Dose:
Adults (all ages) - Take two 5ml teaspoonfuls three or four times a day. Children over 8: Take one 5ml teaspoonful three times a day. Children 5 to 7: Take one 5ml teaspoonful every twelve hours. Ask your doctor before taking this product if you have reacted badly to any of the ingredients. Avoid in early pregnancy. Interactions with other medicines; None known. Side-effects: None known.
