How to use Ortis Royal Jelly Fresh

The dense deposit at the bottom of the bottle is the fresh royal jelly. So shake the bottle well before use. Fill the beaker provided up to mark 12 (equivalent to a full tablespoon) and take the drink every morning before breakfast.
A course of Api Regis may be taken several times each year when there is a need to reinforce the system.
