Lifestream BowelBiotics for Kids contains a specific, unique blend of soluble and insoluble fibres which help to form a soft gel in the digestive system. This soft gel does not expand or cause bloating and is gentle on the digestive system. The oat bran concentrate in Lifestream BowelBiotics for Kids contains oat beta-glucans which are the soluble fibre component of oats.

The oat bran concentrate used in Lifestream BowelBiotics for Kids is obtained from Scandinavia where the long hours of daylight during the harvest season help to produce oat cereals with naturally high levels of oat beta-glucans. Other natural fibres included in Lifestream BowelBiotics for Kids are natural gums; acacia gum, xanthan gum and guar gum. Psyllium husks are included as they provide a good source of both soluble and insoluble fibre.
