Recommended Dosage
Adults, children over 12 years and the elderly: Swallow 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime.
Ingredients
Active ingredients per tablet: Powdered valerian extract 4:1 (50mg) equivalent to 200mg, powdered wild lettuce extract 5:1 (12mg) equivalent to 60mg, powdered hops BHP 100mg.
Other ingredients: Sucrose, lactose, sodium starch glycollate, purified talc, magnesium stearate, maize starch, kaolin light, titanium dioxide (E171).
Cautions
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not take during pregnancy or while breast feeding unless advised by your doctor.
Do not take if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
Seek medical advice if you are taking any other medication before taking Somnus.
