How to take Bach Flower Remedies
Dilute 2 drops of the remedy in a small glass of water. Sip the contents at intervals during the day until relief is obtained. If a longer course is required prepare a treatment bottle with 2 drops in 30ml of spring water in a dropper bottle. From this take 4 drops 4 times daily or as required until better. If a combination of remedies is to be prepared use 2 drops from each stock bottle as above, but try not to exceed six remedies in total. All the doses above are safe for any member of the family, there being no side effects with these remedies.
Ainsworths Oak ingredients
The Bach System is as vital today as it was when first discovered. At Ainsworths we strive to reproduce the original remedies from the same selection of plants chosen by Dr. Bach. In doing so we select uncultivated species that grow naturally in the wild. Spring water and sunshine are all we require. Our remedies are preserved in pure brandy at a 1:240 dilution of the flower essence. This follows the original instructions of Dr. Bach and makes them twice the strength of those made in 5x dilution. It should be noted that although Dr. Bach was a homoeopath he stated quite emphatically that his Bach Flower Remedies were not homoeopathic preparations.
