Application

For the first experience, we recommend you use 3 patches on each foot. Apply one to the toe area, one to the middle of the foot and one on the heel. The amount of waste matter on each patch will tell you which part of your body has experienced the most improvement. You may then continue using one foot patch on the area which was darkest on both feet.

1) Remove the paper of the middle on the adhesive strip and put it on a flat surface.

2) Remove the Simply Detox foot patches from the plastic bag and make the powder in each bag even. Use immediately after opening. Discard the silica-gel.

3) place the lettered side of the Simply Detox foot patch to the adhesive strip.

4) put your foot on the patch and remove the paper from both edges.
5) Make sure it is completely applied to the foot.

We recommend the patches are used while sleeping because that is the time when the body repairs and rejuvenates.
In the morning remove them from your feet and wash the area. When
the patches have become hard or sticky discard them. You may use them again, if they are dry and not contaminated. Make sure to take off the old adhesive sheet and use a new one.
It is also effective to use them all day long, but be careful as they may tear or come away from the sole.
Depending on your physical constitution and level of toxicity, you may not see results immediately. If you use the foot patches for at least 7 days continuously, you should see the colour of the waste material change from a caramel brown colour to a lighter grey colour depending on the amount of waste matter removed.
Simply Detox foot patches are non-invasive and can be used in conjunction with other procedures.

If you have specific symptoms you may apply one or more patches to the area of symptoms and one on the corresponding reflex point on your feet.

CAUTION:

The patch is filled with powder. Avoid getting the powder into your eyes or mouth. DO NOT apply the patch directly to the eyes, mucous membranes, genitals, anus, external wounds or rashes.
